Our recruitment process begins with a comprehensive background check, encompassing criminal, civil, and internet searches. We leave no stone unturned in ensuring that every member of our team meets the highest standards of integrity and reliability. Additionally, all personnel are required to undergo drug testing and participate in ongoing, in-service education programs to stay abreast of the latest industry developments.

Specific Training for Specific Projects

That's why all our officers undergo a minimum of 8 hours of client-specific training, covering everything from post orders and procedures to uniform requirements and special contract conditions. In-House Training Academy
Atlas Security & Investigations, Inc. operates a cutting-edge in-house training academy. Here, we train, license, and certify our own staff, ensuring that every officer meets our rigorous standards of excellence. By providing on-site training, we can guarantee the highest level of quality and consistency among our security officers, giving our clients peace of mind.
Equipped with Emergency Skills and Knowledge
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond basic training.
All security officers are also Trained and Certified for the use of O.C. Spray, Baton and Tasers.
CPR, FIRST AID & AED Instructor on staff.
All our Supervisors are required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience and are available 24 hours a day. We strive to maintain quality assurance and customer service.

Specialized Training and Certifications
Our armed officers must attend a 45-hour course covering the proper use of force, as dictated by company policy and case law. Additionally, they must pass a 8-hour bi-annual firearms training course. This training along with Security Techniques, Criminal Law and 4 hour training in Customer Service ensures that our armed officers are equipped to protect and serve effectively and confidently.
